Full process automation
Just put the dough and fillings into the hopper separately, and the machine can complete the processes of thinning the dough → cutting and forming → quantitative filling → top closing without manual intervention. The electromagnetic clutch device is adopted, and the speed of the pressing wheel is independently adjusted, which can achieve a production capacity of 50-60 pieces per minute.
Precise control and flexible adjustment
Thickness of dough: By adjusting the gap between the pressing wheels, siomai skins of different thicknesses of 0.8-3mm can be made.
Filling weight: The filling system is equipped with speed control, which can accurately control the weight of the fillings (such as 10-45g/piece).
Finished product specifications: Supports a variety of shapes (round, square) and sizes, and some models can be customized with patterns.
