The fully automatic dumpling machine is an integrated kitchen equipment that realizes the full process of automated production from dough to finished dumplings through intelligent design.
Dough processing system
Intelligent dough kneading: Some models are equipped with automatic dough kneading devices, which can accurately control the ratio of flour to water (usually 1:0.4~0.5) and support the dough proofing function (generally 10-15 minutes).
Skin pressing mechanism: Using double-roller calendering technology, the thickness of the dough can be adjusted from 1.5-3mm to ensure that the dough is uniform and smooth.
Filling management system
Quantitative filling: The spiral propeller is combined with the piston filling pump, and the filling amount can be accurately filled to ±2g per time, supporting meat filling (water content ≤60%), vegetarian filling (particle diameter ≤5mm), etc.
