1. Technical principle and structural design
Inclined filling system
The equipment adopts an inclined bag holding mechanism (usually at an angle of 20°-60°), using gravity to guide the material to fall naturally, avoiding the blockage problem during traditional vertical filling. For example, when filling rice or feed, the inclined structure can reduce the friction between particles, so that the material can be filled more evenly to the bottom of the mesh bag, and the filling rate is increased by about 15%.
Modular design
The whole machine consists of a filling host, a weighing system, a heat sealing device and a conveying platform. Each module can be quickly disassembled and assembled through an embedded connection.
