Core functions and technical principles
Automatic sorting and conveying
The vibration plate generates an alternating magnetic field through the electromagnetic coil, drives the iron sheet to vibrate, and makes the screws arranged along the spiral track and conveyed to the feeding port of the packaging machine. The track design can be customized according to the size and shape of the screws to ensure the arrangement accuracy.
Accurate counting and packaging
Counting method: Fiber optic sensor or light curtain detects the number of screws passing, with an error rate of less than 0.1%.
Packaging form: three-side sealing or back sealing bag making, supporting composite film, PE film and other materials, and the bag making size can be adjusted (such as 20-120mm long and 50-85mm wide).
Speed and efficiency: The packaging speed of a single plate can reach 30-70 bags/minute, and multi-plate equipment (such as eight-plate models) can simultaneously process screws of various specifications, increasing production capacity by 3-5 times.
