The vibration plate screw packaging machine is an intelligent device that integrates automatic sorting, counting and packaging. Automatic sorting and loading
The spiral track is driven by electromagnetic vibration technology, and the screws are automatically arranged under the action of centrifugal force through high-frequency micro-vibration, without manual intervention.
It can adapt to screws of different specifications from M1 to M20. For example, special screws with an aspect ratio of more than 3 can also be discharged in an orderly manner through customized tracks.
Precise counting and packaging
Adopting fiber optic sensors or light curtain counting, the accuracy is more than 99.9%,
Supporting flexible packaging of 5-500 pieces/bag, the number of single packages can be set according to needs, suitable for small packages of cross-border e-commerce or batch packaging of factories.
Packaging form: three-side sealing or back sealing bag making, supporting composite film, PE film and other materials, and the bag making size can be adjusted (such as 20-120mm long and 50-85mm wide).
Speed and efficiency: The packaging speed of a single plate can reach 30-70 bags/minute, and multi-plate equipment (such as eight-plate models) can simultaneously process screws of various specifications, increasing production capacity by 3-5 times.
