Electromagnetic induction detection mechanism
The device emits an alternating magnetic field. When metal foreign matter (such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) enters the detection area, it will generate eddy currents and interfere with the magnetic field balance, triggering an alarm signal.
DSP digital signal processing: high-precision metal detectors use DSP chips to analyze signals in real time, suppress product effects (such as interference of capsule materials on detection), and improve stability.
Automatic rejection system: Common ones include air blowing type and push rod type. After metal is detected, it will be rejected within 0.1 seconds to reduce the loss of qualified products.
Detection sensitivity and adaptability
Metal type: ferromagnetic metals (such as iron) have the highest sensitivity, and non-ferrous metals (such as stainless steel) require higher precision equipment.
Product effect compensation: For materials containing water or conductivity (such as soft capsules), the device reduces false alarms through phase tracking and frequency adjustment
