The clothing needle detector is an indispensable quality control equipment in the clothing production process. It is mainly used to detect whether there are residual metal foreign bodies (such as broken needles, iron wires, staples, etc.) in textiles and ready-made clothes to avoid harm to consumers.
Core functions and working principles
The clothing needle detector uses electromagnetic induction technology to form a strong magnetic field through upper and lower probes. When an object containing ferromagnetic metal passes through the detection channel, the magnetic field will be distorted, triggering the signal processing system to generate an alarm. The specific process is as follows:
Signal acquisition: The coils of the upper and lower probes form a stable magnetic field after power is turned on. When a metal foreign body enters, the magnetic field change is converted into an electrical signal.
Digital processing: A DSP chip is used to amplify, filter and analyze the signal to eliminate environmental interference (such as motors, mobile phones, etc.).
Alarm mechanism: When metal is detected, the equipment prompts the operator through sound and light alarms, conveyor belt reversal or automatic shutdown. At the same time, the eight-point position display can accurately locate the position of the foreign body.
