Technical principle and core function
Metering and filling technology
Screw metering: The servo motor drives the screw rod to rotate and accurately control the feeding amount. It is suitable for powders with good fluidity (such as milk powder and flour). Some models support weighing and filling at the same time, with an accuracy of ±0.3%-1%.
Weighing feedback: Equipped with high-precision sensors to monitor weight in real time, dynamically adjust the filling speed, and solve the metering problems of uneven density or ultra-fine powder (such as lithium battery materials).
Degassing technology: For powders that are easy to contain air (such as graphite powder), a vacuum degassing system is used to increase the packaging density by 90%, reduce volume errors and prevent oxidation.
